Cabbagetownfestival 250906 and time with Jackie and Hannah at Leslie Beach 250906

So the weekend invited for Cabbagetown festival. I met up with Amalie who came in from Belleville at a not so crowded Patrician Grill. When we asked the waitress to take a photo she said to Terry that he was in the picture(at the table behind) and I said "He can be in the picture" so he kindly sat down with us and we took some pictures one of them a due Sout classic with waving hands. Not to forget, Amalie gave me a nice hat to resemble due South.
At the festival I didn't take so many photos but a puppetdoll and some flowers were caught. It was a lovely time spent with Amalie.
Sunday I went out to Lesliewille and met up with Jackie and Hannah at Remarkable Bean, we went to a fleamarket where they sold both new and vintage stuff and after a quick stop at their house to collect the car we went to Leslie Beach, or really Leslie Lookout Park. Weather wasn't the best so we were alone on and off. We had some fun with bubbles at least. Even though it's still industrial area it's nice how there's a beach/park like this in the middle of the city. I have permission from Jackie to put up the photos of Hannah(well she's in one of the herself aswell)
And these last ones are from the lookout tower

Out and about, TIFF and meeting with Jackie and Hannah 250905

Started at Allan Gardens which now is cleaned up again and the conservatory is renovated. Bittersweet that they've taken down all the big palmtrees in the high house but it looked like a fresh and modern place to meet up and sit for a bit. I continued to walk downtown, stopped at Eaton Center, walked back out towards Michaels(a must do for a crafter) and that took me by the Old City Hall, which for the day was open to public to step inside and look around(open every Friday September through). The Toronto sign was next and right beside where a canoe, a turtle and an inukshuk. Some other classic sites were passed(you get it when you see the photos). Down John Street towards the TIFF area and a stop at Starbucks to rest up and have a PSL(Pumpkin Spice Latte). Ended the day with meeting up with Jackie and Hannah at the new Biidaasige Park, it will be great when it's all done with trails and everything. The playground was so nice and the homage to the Indegious people was moving. As always I'll let the photos speak for themselves.
